Bedford Queens to get more trees!

After two years of waiting the Bedford Queens area is to get more street trees.Following considerable house and business building as a result of the Housing Market Renewal initiative Bedford Queens is to gewt more street trees to adorn its streets.
Thanks to funding from local building initiatives through planning gain monies received by Sefton Council from local development in the area together with funding from the Regional Development Agency through the Forestry Commissions Setting The Scene For Growth Programme and The Big Tree Plant; over 200 trees will be planted this winter in the Linacre and Derby wards of Sefton.
